Returns & exchanges
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, color preference, or ordering the wrong item.
We do gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Eligibility for a replacement or refund
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:
If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund—depending on the situation. In most cases, you will not be required to send the item back.
Items not eligible

Incorrect size chosen by the customer

Normal variations in print placement (minor alignment differences)

Items damaged due to wear, misuse, or washing not in accordance with care instructions

Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
Wrong or incomplete address / returned-to-sender
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it (additional shipping charges may apply). If a refund is requested instead, original shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Once processed, your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
