Shipping Policy
Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Fulfillment partner
All orders are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printify).
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping method & delivery time
We offer Standard Shipping. After processing, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons.

Order tracking
Tracking is provided for shipped orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Packaging / multiple items
We aim to ship each order in one package whenever possible. However, because items are produced through print-on-demand, some multi-item orders may ship separately in certain situations. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order enters production, we may not be able to change it.
Returned-to-sender / incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it (additional shipping charges may apply) or provide a refund minus any shipping/handling costs, depending on the situation.
Lost, delayed, or missing packages
If your order is delayed, please allow extra time for the carrier to deliver. If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your building office, then contact the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen after delivery.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
